The Application Process
The application process includes five required elements:
1. Completion of all required application forms and documents (see the Application Checklist for details). All forms can be downloaded from the "Application Forms" section of this website; or families can request a mailed copy from the school office.
2. Submittal of the $250.00 application fee along with completed application forms and additional required documents to the Academy to the attention of Linda Cassell, Director of Admissions.
3. Completion of the admissions testing program. Admissions testing includes the administration of the reading, mathematics, and language portions of the Stanford Achievement Test (SAT), and the completion of a writing sample. Applicants are also asked to complete a student interest and information survey.
4. Completion of an interview with the Headmaster by both parents and the prospective student.
5. Return of a completed Tuition Payment Agreement to the Chapelgate Business Office within 7 business days of receiving a letter of acceptance from Chapelgate Christian Academy.
