Enrollment procedures

Parents interested in pursuing math tutoring and enrichment for their child need to fill out the form below and return it to the school office, attention Linda Whitelaw.  You then will be contacted via email as to whether the space you requested is open (or not).  If the space is open for your child, then you will be sent the Registration form which you must complete and return along with your payment.   All tutoring sessions must be prepaid to guarantee the space.  Contact the business office (410-442-5800, ext. 159) for information on making a payment.  Once Mrs. Whitelaw has received confirmation of payment from the business office and receipt of the Registration form, and the space is still available, then your child will be enrolled and you will be notified via email.  If by chance someone has paid for that space ahead of you then you will be refunded.  Please note there is limited availability, and students will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.

Attendance and scheduling

Attendance policies:  Students are responsible for attending each tutoring session.  Absences cannot be made up unless authorized by Mrs. Whitelaw.  Abbreviated periods, such as assembly schedule, delayed openings, etc. will still count as a full session.

If student has missed a tutoring session because the school is closed for the day they will be able to make it up on the very next school day. This could mean that there could be more than two students being tutored during that period.
