The Chapelgate Christian Academy Middle School Robotics team, under the direction of Mrs. Theresa Jahng, won the Maryland State tournament and will be representing the state of Maryland at the World Championship in St. Louis Missouri later this spring. They competed against over seventy other teams in the state tournament for the championship title. They will now compete against over forty different countries and winners from other US states. What an achievement, and what an honor!

These young people not only constructed a winning robot but embodied a selfless attitude in assisting other teams they competed against. They are a living illustration of our school wide theme- Love God Love Others. Mrs. Jahng and the parents are making plans for the trip to St. Louis in April with great enthusiasm. They would welcome any financial gifts to assist in what will be a cross-country field trip.
